NetModem is licened by the number of COM ports or Modems you wish to share, with no limitations on the number of clients.

A 1 Port base license allows you to run the NetModem Server Software on one computer allowing one modem to be shared with an unlimited number of client computers.

If you wish to share additional modems that are located on the same computer, then you will also need to purchase additional "port add-on" licenses. NetModem can share from 1 to 256 modems as licensed.

If you need to install the NetModem Server portion on more then one computer, then a seperate Base license is needed for each one. The licensing term is perpetual, and never expires. One year of Maintenance/Support is included, which can be renewed annually.
